OUR FEES
The government sets the fees agents must charge as follows
MM2H Silver tier and SFZ MM2H – RM40,000
MM2H Gold tier – RM55,000
MM2H Platinum – RM70,000
The fees include various government charges that have been introduced over the last few years such as the processing fee and even the annual visa for the duration of the visa. In the case of a five-year visa that would 5 x RM500 = RM2500 per person. It also includes the cost of the health check that is required in Malaysia, any required translation and even the first year of medical insurance which is mandatory for those under the age of 60.
The rules state we should include all these charges for the principal applicant only, however in some cases we can include charges imposed on the dependents.
It is best to discuss the fees with us if you are unclear or wish to understand exactly what is being included with your fee.
PAYMENT TERMS
The requirement is that you deposit 10% of the total fee when decide to make the application with us and another 10% when the documents are submitted. We suggest that you settle 20% when you start the process as this will avoid any delay in submitting the documents. The final 80% is due when you are ready to collect the visa. We will be advised by the government exactly what fees are due in respect of your application when we receive the conditional letter of approval. This has to be settled before collecting the visa.

REFUNDS
If you decide to cancel the application before the documents are submitted we will refund half your deposit. So, for example, if you have settled RM8,000 to us we will return half that amount,
If you decide to cancel after we have received conditional approval then we will keep the full amount of the downpayment but not ask for the final 80%.
If your application is denied then we retain all the deposit paid (for the work we have done) but will not be asking for the final 80% payment.
